For those of you in town already we will meet at Lemmons for Pizza. There will be live entertainment their that night but if we want we can go to the City Museum after that. You decide.

Saturday (Noon)
I've cancelled the pavilion reservation and I will be hosting the event at my house at 1PM. I couldn't justify spending $60 on the pavilion. Not using it will give us more money for more and better food and drink. Using the park would have meant probably asking for everyone who attends to pitch in some extra $'s. --Bill Streeter

We'll have the BBQ here with food and drinks. We're going to buy some food and a keg and soft drinks with the funds that have been provided by Node 101 for this purpose. Please add your name to the attendees list if you plan to be there so we know how much food to get. If it looks like we'll go over the amount from Node 101 then we'll ask everyone to pitch in a couple of bucks to make up the difference.

That's cool, do we have a teaching schedule, or is it totally open format? How long should this last?
Answer: I was thinking that if anyone has any vlogging related questions we should ask that person to speak to the group about those questions. For example: if someone wants to know how Richard makes his little animated character. We can ask him to talk to the group about it. Also we will be in a place with Wi-Fi now so we can also participate in the Flash meeting that will be happening. So yeah open format. So if you want to be thinking about things you always wanted to ask someone who will be attending that would be great.

Saturday (Evening)
We'll all re-conviene at the Royale Bar and Grill later in the evening for a night cap and a screening of Susans video. Maybe we'll watch some other vlogs too, wanna bring a favorite--or as someone suggested show videos from the vlog scavenger hunt? I like this idea the more I think about it. This could turn out to be a nice Meet the Vloggers event.
